I forgot my password/email address!

If you forgot your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password?” at the login page, and you’ll receive an email to help you reset it. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive it. If you can’t remember which email address you used to create your account, please contact us for assistance.

How do I sign out of my account?

At the left hand side of your Account Page, you’ll find a “Logout” button. Just click on the button and you’ll be instantly signed out of your account!

How do I unsubscribe or close my account?

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, by clicking the “unsubscribe here” link at the very bottom of any of the newsletters you’ve received from us.
To close your account, or if you need help unsubscribing, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Ordering
Can I send my order as a gift, directly to the recipient?

Yes! During checkout you can enter your desired shipping address, as well as a separate billing address. We never include any invoices, pricing, or billing information in with our orders.

I made a mistake in my order! Can I make changes after I’ve submitted it?

If you realise you’ve made a mistake such as a spelling error, contact us as soon as possible.
If your book has not yet been printed, we’ll make the changes for you. If the book has already been printed/shipped, we cannot make any further changes. Make sure to enter the children’s names/dedication message carefully.

Payment
What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.

Do you accept international payments?

Yes, we accept international Visa and Mastercard payments. The bank transfer option is only for Malaysian bank accounts.

My payment isn’t going through. What can I do?

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again with a different form of payment and check your internet connection if needed. If you’re still having difficulty, contact us.

Shipping and Delivery
Which postal carriers do you use?

We use J&T Express and DHL e-commerce.

What happens if I’m not home for delivery?

The courier service will leave a notification or send you a text about re-delivery options or where you can pick the parcel up.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, we’ll send you a link to track your order after it has been shipped.

How long does it take to get my customised book?

We will do our best to get your book to you within two weeks. Custom-made books take time because they are printed specially for each individual customer. If you live in Malaysia, the shipping time will be faster than if you live overseas. Overseas customers should allow 3-5 weeks for their book to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Malaysia, shipping is free when you reached minimum spend. For international shipping costs, see here.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to any country in the world! If your country has a postal service, we can get a book to you.

What are Wizard Within’s customised books like?

Our books are made of durable, high quality paper, so your children can enjoy them again and again.
Inside is a beautifully illustrated story featuring your child as the hero.
Our books come in Hardcover.
Our books measure 26 cm x 22 cm (10.23 in x 8.66).

Can I see what the customised book is like before I order one?

You can see a full preview of the story online when you follow the steps to create your book.
As we only sell our products online, you can only see the books in person if you know someone who has one or if we bring a sample to a school or event. Follow us at our Facebook Page for updates on events and activities.

How do I use the Parent Guide that comes with Sleepover Adventure?

Each book has five parts — beginning, your child’s personal adventure, finding the first friend, finding the second friend, and ending. The Parent Guide is in this order. Just follow along as you read the story for discussion ideas, storytelling tips and more.

Can I return my book for a refund or exchange?

We’re very sorry, but because of the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange in most circumstances. See our full policy here.

Can I cancel my order?

See our full policy here. Once the book has been printed, there are no cancellations. If you contact us soon after placing your order, and it has not yet been printed, we may be able to cancel it for you, but there are no guarantees.
