The campaign is open for age 3 to 99. We welcome both children and adults to participate!
You can use a smartphone to take photos of your drawing. Ensure good lighting, but avoid using a flash. Make sure to take the photo straight so the angles are not skewed. Finally, crop the photo if there is extra background around the artwork.
Everyone can submit one drawing per person only.
This is a celebration of creativity! Your drawing will have the exciting opportunity to be featured in our storybook.
The drawing submission period ends at 11:59 pm (UTC+8, Malaysia Time) on 31st March 2026.
Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign Overview
The “Guess who Molly will photograph next!” (“The Campaign”) is organized by Wizard Within (“WW”). The Campaign invites participants to submit original artwork for a chance to be featured in the upcoming Molly Cheeks storybook and on WW’s social media platforms. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Campaign Period
The Campaign will be held from 9th March 2026 to 31st March 2026, 11:59 PM Malaysia Time (“Campaign Period”). Submissions received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to individuals aged three (3) to ninety-nine (99) years at the time of participation. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent to participate.
4. Submission Guidelines
- Each participant may submit only one (1) original drawing. Entries on behalf of another person or joint submissions are not allowed.
- Artworks generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) are strictly prohibited.
- Drawings must not contain obscene, libelous, racially disparaging, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or unlawful content.
5. Selection Process
- Thirty (30) artworks will be selected by WW based on imagination, creativity, and interpretation of the illustration theme.
- Selected artworks will be featured in the upcoming Molly Cheeks storybook.
- Additional artworks may be occasionally featured on WW’s social media platforms.
6. Rights and Ownership
- By submitting the artwork, the artist grant WW a non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your drawing in connection with the Campaign, including but not limited to:
- Publication in the Molly Cheeks storybook.
- Promotion on WW’s social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
- You retain full ownership of your drawing and may use it for personal or commercial purposes.
7. Disqualification
WW reserves the right to disqualify any submission that:
- Violates these terms and conditions.
- Fails to meet the Campaign eligibility criteria.
- Contains inappropriate or offensive content.
- Is found to be plagiarized or generated by AI.
8. Data Protection
Personal information collected during the Campaign will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign and will be handled in accordance with Malaysian data protection laws and WW’s Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
WW is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, or misdirected submissions.
- Technical issues or errors during the submission process.
- Any unauthorized use or distribution of submitted artwork by third parties.
10. Amendments
WW reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
12. Acknowledgment
By submitting your artwork, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
- Your artwork is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
- You have obtained all necessary permissions (e.g., parental consent if applicable).
