Account Settings
  1. I forgot my password/email address!
    If you forgot your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password?” at the login page, and you’ll receive an email to help you reset it. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive it. If you can’t remember which email address you used to create your account, please contact us for assistance.
  2. How do I sign out of my account?
    At the left hand side of your Account Page, you’ll find a “Logout” button. Just click on the button and you’ll be instantly signed out of your account!
  3. How do I unsubscribe or close my account?
    You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, by clicking the “unsubscribe here” link at the very bottom of any of the newsletters you’ve received from us.
  4. How do I close my account?
    To close your account, please direct contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Ordering
  1. Can I send my order as a gift, directly to the recipient?
    Yes! During checkout you can enter your desired shipping address, as well as a separate billing address. We’ll not include any invoices, pricing, or billing information in your gift orders.
  2. I made a mistake in my order! Can I make changes after I’ve submitted it?
    If you realise you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been printed/shipped, we cannot make any further changes.
Payment
  1. What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept payment by Credit/Debit Cards, FPX, Alipay and GrabPay.
  2. Do you accept international payments?
    Yes, we accept international Visa and Mastercard payments. The FPX option is only for Malaysian bank accounts.
  3. My payment isn’t going through. What can I do?
    We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again with a different form of payment and check your internet connection if needed. If you’re still having difficulty, contact us.
Shipping and Delivery
  1. Which postal carriers do you use?
    We will mostly use J&T Express.
  2. What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
    The courier service will leave a notification or send you a text about re-delivery options or where you can pick the parcel up.
  3. Will I be able to track my order?
    Yes, we’ll send you a link to track your order after it has been shipped.
  4. How long does it take to get my customised book?
    For Malaysia customer, we’ll do our best to get your book to you within two weeks. Overseas customers should allow 3-5 weeks for their book to arrive.
  5. How much does shipping cost?
    Please enter your address at cart page or checkout page to check the latest shipping cost.
About Our Books
  1. What are Wizard Within’s customised books like?
    Our customised books come in Hardcover and made of durable, high quality paper, so your children can enjoy them again and again. Inside is a beautifully illustrated story featuring your child as the hero. Our customised books measure 26 cm x 22 cm (10.23 in x 8.66).
  2. Can I see what the customised book is like before I order one?
    You can see a full preview of the story online when you follow the steps to create your book. You can also visit our stockist that is nearest to you for a sample book preview.
  3. How do I use the Parent Guide that comes with Sleepover Adventure?
    The Parent Guide is following the order of Sleepover Adventure’s Story — the beginning, your child’s personal adventure, finding the first friend, finding the second friend, and ending. Just follow along as you read the story for discussion ideas, storytelling tips and more.

  1. Can I return my book for a refund or exchange?
    We’re very sorry, but because of the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange in most circumstances. See our full policy here.

  2. Can I cancel my order?
    See our full policy here. Once the book has been printed, there are no cancellations. If you contact us soon after placing your order, and it has not yet been printed, we may be able to cancel it for you, but there are no guarantees.
