Sudut Membaca Wizard Within
On the 24th until the 27th of July 2025, Wizard Within participated in the Selangor Children’s Book Fair (SCBF) located at the Selangor PKNS Complex. The four-day event was organised by the Selangor Library (PPAS) and the Malaysian Board of Books for Young People (MBBY) to establish a strong reading culture in children that is especially interjected with local themes and familiar values.
We were honoured to not only be trusted as one of the 115 exhibitors present, but additionally Wizard Within decorated the reading corner also known as ‘Sudut Membaca Wizard Within’!
Besides that, you could spot Katie, Dennis, and Wizard all around the fair including on the floor stickers, zone signs, and even the official lanyard. Wizard Within extends our gratitude for this opportunity to collaborate with PPAS and MBBY!
International Board of Books for Young People (IBBY)
The event featured numerous notable names including Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari who visited our booth, as well as Mr Zhang Mingzhou, the executive committee member of the International Board of Books for Young People (IBBY).
Our producer Pei Yen, had the incredible chance to introduce our brand and products to Mr Zhang Mingzhou and simultaneously learn more about his inspiring background.
The entire weekend was filled with smiles and laughter as we met and reconnected with our local publishing and distributing houses.
We thank everyone that took the time to visit our booth and ‘Sudut Membaca Wizard Within’! We look forward to joining PPAS and MBBY again for the Selangor International Book Fair (SIBF) later this year.
